The shelving system is strong enough to hold books and LPs even when fully loaded.
A good rule of thumb is that our shelving can support about 150 kg per square meter—meaning a typical shelving system can hold several tons.

Behind all the horizontal parts (shelves), there’s a 2 cm gap that makes it easy to run cables for speakers, lamps, TVs, and more.
Many also choose sliding doors at the bottom to hide all the cable clutter, with wires running up behind the shelves from there.
We do! And on Funen, Langeland, Bornholm, and all across Denmark. We’ve made plenty of shelving systems outside Copenhagen—it’s no problem at all.
We usually arrive between 7:30 and 8:30 in the morning. Installation typically takes 4–6 hours, so we’re done by the time you get home from work.
Everything is pre-cut before we arrive, and we even have a vacuum on our drill, so dust and debris are kept to a minimum.
Maybe you mean the “dowels”? The dowels hide the mounting and support the horizontal shelves. They’re what make the whole system possible.
In some cases, we can remove them—like under a TV or for a turntable.

The vertical parts are screwed into the wall. The screws are hidden inside the shelving system, so the mounting isn’t visible.
One advantage of the system hanging on the wall is that we have much more freedom to design the shelving to fit you, your partner, your beautiful sculpture collection, and everything else.
The design process is where we, together, figure out how your shelving system should look. We bring the experience and know the system. You’re the expert on your home and what you find beautiful. We send you a proposal, you give feedback, we send a new one... and we keep going until you’re happy.
We make a single shelf with the right depth for your turntable—usually a bit deeper, around 45 cm. Remember to allow space for the lid to open at the back. You can run cables freely behind the shelves.
Choosing extra depth at the bottom makes it perfect for vinyl records.
